All of them are based on 3LCD technology and features C²Fine Inorganic LCD panel, dedicated DICOM simulation mode and built-in 7w speaker. Two models are offered, the AT-100P running Windows Mobile 6.5.3 Professional and the AT-100 with Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3. Canon’s AT-100 HandyTerminals are powered by a TI OMAP3503 600MHz processor with 256MB SDRAM and 256MB flash memory. They feature a 3.5-inch240x320 LD display, a 2 Megapixel rear camera, Bluetooth 2.1, IrDA 1.2 SIR, GPS/A-GPS. These professional handhelds supports FeliCa as well. In addition to WiFi, the AT-100P and AT-100 also supports HSDPA/HSUPA mobile networks.
